1. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders from FENDZ come with free shipping. There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For damaged or incorrect items, contact support@fendz.shop within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. FENDZ does not store card details.
